I'm blown away.

God is just really, really, REALLY awesome. I've been rediscovering this lately. Time after time He just keeps blowing me away with His complete power over all situations. When I surrender the situation to Him, that is. I've recently learned that trusting God is the way to go. As obvious as that sounds, it seems like it would be easy... But it SO isn't! I realized that I really didn't trust God, like, at all. When I started trusting Him in different situations (like when I'd get a gut feeling that I need to do something and instead of shrugging it off, I would do it) things in my life started changing so much. My relationship with Him became stronger. Expectations I had were thrown out the window. He just took care of everything for me! It's almost like God was like, "Hey, looky here! You're finally realizing that I'll take care of it. Ehhh, I think it's time for good things to happen to you because you're trusting me now." Hahaha after I typed that all out, I realized how corny it sounds... but I really do believe that He's using my trust in Him and my openness to whatever He's doing as a way to reveal His power and overall AMAZINGNESS to me! How awesome is that?! I'm just so blown away by God right now. That is all. :)
